Just her after getting my car washed. Once I got home I noticed that almost nothing was wiped down on the inside. I only came here today because the car wash I normally go to, Parks Best Car Wash, was closed for renovations and they would not leave my car like this. I figured paying $18, $8 more then what I normally pay for a car wash, my car would still not have debris on the shifter and center console, especially if this car wash is located on the Mainline. Plus the cashier seemed more interested with playing on her phone then the customer standing in front of her.
I almost didn't use them because of some of the negative reviews, but glad I did. Just got my MDX express detailed inside and out. Manager Johnny Remero took care of me. My car came out nice. I get my cars detailed twice a year and washed every other week, therefore they are kept in very good condition. That said, I think Johnny's crew did an excellent job and the value was good, $99 for express detail is reasonable. Most full details on the mainline are going to run you $250+ for an SUV. I'll be using Johnny again soon.
My car was coated with sticky crushed ginko balls and they let me go through the drive through washing process a second time at no charge...that was nice.
It's just not that good. If you would like your windows to haze up after it rains this is the place for you. If you would like to have dirty spots on your car after the car wash then this is the place for you. You are better off going elsewhere.
Leaving your car outside in the rain is about as effective as this car wash. My car is not clean at all and I didn't get half the services I paid for. They never vacuumed the interior or wiped anything down. I used to go here all the time and never had a problem, but it seems ownership has changed and so has the quality. Very disappointed!!
